Mentoring of Technical Officials
Appreciating  the difficulties involved in not always having sufficient senior Technical Officials available at  galas to provide mentoring for those requiring this....with respect... it is suggested that additionally We  provide 'mentoring workshops' to individual or indeed a cluster of clubs during  their own club type training session.

Hopefully this will assist in the development of  your  Technical Officials in a relaxed local environment.

Additionally, guidance on mentoring can also be provided for anyone wishing to develop their skills in this direction.

Any club ....or individual  interested in this pilot project should simply get in contact with me via email or at home on 01241 854853 in the first instance.

Kind regards,

Eddie Wilmott
